Fall season sports are here! The following requirements must be met to be eligible to participate:

• 2.0 GPA- students must have a grade point average of a 2.0. Grades are based on the 10-week marks!
• Submit online athletic clearance- create an account on athleticclearance.com. You must upload a picture of your insurance card in the forms section!
• Submit a completed and signed physical form-physical forms are available to pick up at the Diego Rivera Main Office or request a form from the coach. Physicals can be submitted in the main office or to the coach.
