Green Design STEAM Academy (GDSA) opened in 2011 as Green Design Community School. In June 2017, the school’s name was formally changed to Green Design STEAM Academy. GDSA is located on the Diego Rivera Learning Complex in South Region of the Los Angeles Unified School District. We are part of the Fremont Zone of Choice where students may choose from among 7 themed-based schools at Rivera Learning Complex, Fremont HS, and Dymally HS.
